Features of Vacuum Absorb Single Facer Machine

★ Adopt cover-suction structure with high-pressure powerful fan. The air suction is equipped with a muffler device, the air source and electrical control are concentrated in the same operation cabinet, and the distance from the host is not less than 1.5 meters. The operation side is fully enclosed and covered.
★ The machine base and wall plate are cast iron structure. Universal joint drive.
★ The material of the corrugated roller is 50CrMo alloy steel, which has been quenched and tempered, intermediate frequency quenched, polished, and the surface hardness is above HRC50 degrees.
★ The surface of the pressure roller is ground and chrome-plated; the cylinder is controlled to move up and down, and the material is medium carbon steel, quenched and tempered (with buffer device).
★ Pneumatically control the gluing and degumming, the surface of the rubber coating roller is polished and engraved with 25-line pit pattern and then plated with hard chrome, and the surface of the rubber squeegee is polished and then plated with hard chrome.
