Description of Cut Off Machine

Corrugator cutoff is one of the major machines in corrugated paperboard production line. Huatao offers both mechanical cutoff and computer controlled cutoff based on their drive modes. Computer controlled cutoff machine uses cutter shaft and mechanical drive part to make sure that paperboard are cut in certain length with error less than 1mm. Our computer controlled corrugator cutoff can be configured with either spiral knife or straight knife. Spiral one is more suitable for high speed cutting of thick paperboard. It provides smooth cutting and its blade enjoys long lifespan.

Features of Cut Off Machine

★ Max. machine speed is 200m/min, min. cutoff length is 500mm, and operation speed is 100m/min;
★ Cutoff length is 500mm-9999mm, and cutting accuracy is 1mm;
★ Up to 999 sizes can be preset, and quick size change without turning off the machine. Cutoff machine can be connected with computer, facilitating the production management;
★ All the drive gears are made of high quality alloy steel, which undergoes heat treatment and precision machining. So a high driving precision and long lifespan can be ensured;
★ Circulating lubrication is adopted for this corrugator cutoff machine, easy for cleaning and cooling;
★ Paper feeding and unloading systems are separated with their own variable frequency motors. So synchronous drive, smooth operation and low noise can be achieved;
★ Double row of wheels are adopted, so the cutting error is less likely to cause when there is any paperboard joggling;
★ Both feeding and unloading stations use wheel and conveying belt, so as to ensure the smooth conveying of paperboard;
★ Wheels are pneumatically controlled and specially designed, well facilitating the operation;
★ Base and gear box are made of gray cast iron, ensuring excellent rigidity and shock resistance;
★ AC current servo control system saves 30% of the electricity;
★ Main motor of 37kW/55kW, hydraulic pump motor of 0.2kW, conveying motor of 2.2kW;
