Light impurity separator (also named apple screen, because of the shape looks like an apple) can efficiently remove light impurities in paper pulp and it also can used for dealing with tail pulp in the coarse screening section of pulp manufacturing line.
Feature
★ The main body is an inverse conical design, the concave top structure can form a strong vortex, forming a low pressure area in the top center and getting the light impurities and discharging them outside effectively.
★ Pulp outflow chamber of rotor is higher than the undersurface of the shell, forming a low pressure area around the rotor to collect heavy impurities. under centrifugal force, the heavy impurities are thrown to the outermost of the eddy and deposited in the groove that is outside the sieve plate for discharging. At the same time, it will reduce the wear to the cutter and sieve plate, prolonging their service life of them.
