Cassette-type single-sided machine, including base, wall plate, upper corrugating roller and lower corrugating roller, the base is located under the wall plate, the wall plate is a beam structure, the wall plate is provided with a corrugating roller seat, an upper corrugating roller and a lower corrugating roller The two ends are respectively installed on the corrugated roller seat, the upper corrugated roller has a diameter of 666mm, and the lower corrugated roller has a diameter of 360mm; it also includes non-metallic rollers, and the two ends of the non-metallic rollers are respectively installed on the wall; the base and the corrugated roller seat are connected. A cassette is arranged between the cassettes, and a roller is arranged on the cassette. According to the technical scheme of the present utility model, the cassette type single-sided machine adopts a lower-drawing combination, which is convenient and quick to replace the corrugating roller, from the corrugating roller running on the machine to the replacement of another corrugating roller. The running speed of the group corrugating rollers is greatly improved.

★ Maximum mechanical speed is 250m/min.
★ The diameter of the corrugating rollers is 380 mm. The diameter of the pressure roller is 520 mm. The diameter of the surfaces of the glue roller is 302 mm, and the diameter of the doctor roller is 170mm.
★ The machine adopts a positive pressure air cushion paper guide, with high utilization of heat energy, and good quality of corrugated shaping.
★ Corrugated roller adopts positive pressure cassette type. It’s under the pressure roller, so as to lower the center of gravity of the machine. It’s smooth when under high-speed operation and reduces vibration, so it’s more stable and smoother during operation. Corrugated roller exchange is safer and faster.
★ Corrugated roller, pressure roller and glue roller adopt individual driving reduction box, to isolate vibration. The oil immersion lubrication and high-precision gear driving ensure stability and reliability during operation.
★ Corrugated roller sets get in and out hydraulic automatically, so as to exchange different flutes rapidly.
★ Individual glue section could move out from the main machine, and it’s easy to clean and maintain. An electric glue partition device is provided to give convenient and rapid paper width adjustment.
★ The glue roller has a low-speed auto-rotate function, so as to avoid the glue drying on the glue roller.
★ A frequency conversion motor is used to supply power, realizing step-less speed adjustment and reliable and synchronous interlock with the following devices. The frequency converter used is an internationally famous brand product with stable and reliable performance and a low failure rate.
★ All bearings of the upper and lower corrugated rollers, and pressure roller adopt high-temperature grease, so as to guarantee the long life and smooth running of the rollers.
★ The opening and closing of corrugated rollers, pressure rollers, glue rollers, and the locking of corrugated roller set are all hydraulic controlled.
★ There is a face paper pre-heating roller and a core paper pre-heating roller in this machine. The pre-heating cylinder could rotate automatically and it is equipped with a manual braking device. There is a conditioning steam injector for core paper installed in the machine.
★ This machine is PLC controlled and displayed by a big color touch-screen. Machine status is displayed by animated image, to achieve strong failure diagnosis ability and operation guiding.
★ The gap adjustment between the corrugated roller and pressure roller is hydraulic controlled, and the gap adjustment between the corrugated roller and glue roller is electrically controlled.
★ The machine is equipped with an automatic plc glue adjustment system.
