Open Headbox

Chain conveyor is mainly used for conveying various kinds of pulp board, and waste paper in bulk and in bundles which can be horizontal conveyor or inclined conveyor(<30°). Intended particularly for loading of waste paper (loose or in bales) or chemical pulp into a pulper.

The headbox ensures smooth pulp flow without large eddy current, cross flow and instantaneous speed fluctuation, and the speed distribution along the entire width of the paper machine is consistent. The concentration of all parts of the pulp flow on the net is uniform, and the fibers are evenly dispersed, which can prevent sedimentation and flocculation , to ensure that the flow rate of the paper material on the Internet can be controlled so that it is close to the speed of the network, and good forming conditions are obtained.

★ The lateral quantitative difference of the finished paper is not more than ±1%.
★ The opening width difference between the upper lip and the lower lip is not more than 0.10mm.
★ The inner surface of the box is rough and close to the mirror surface. (The part in contact with the slurry will not be caught when the absorbent cotton passes through.)
