Insulation Industry
The product is composed of insulated core materials(micro glassfiber or fumed silica), getter and barrier film. which has the advantages of light weight, low thermal conductivity, good elasticity, non-toxic, non-polluting, non-flammable and so on. It is an ideal choice for thermal insulation and sound-absorbing materials.
It has excellent thermal conductivity, flame retardancy and porosity (thermal conductivity is generally 0.035W/mK). Thermal conductivity of the vacuum insulation panel made of this core material can reach 0.0018W/mK. Moreover, the thermal insulation performance is 10 times better than traditional polyurethane foam. it can be used to increase the effective volume of various back-end products, reduce the use of foamed plastics, reduce energy consumption, and contribute to environmental protection such as energy saving and plasticizing.
Carbon-carbon composite (C/C) is a lightweight, high-strength co mposite material capable of withstanding temperatures over 3000°C in many environments. Carbon-Carbon Composites use the strength and modulus of carbon fibers to reinforce a carbon matrix to resist the rigors of extreme environments. Commercial applications of Carbon/Carbon materials include furnace fixturing, heat shields, load plates, heating elements etc.

The thickness ranges from 1.5 to 15mm and the resistance is also higher, which ensures the best thermal insulation design for various systems.
