Thanks to the trust of our customers, Huatao Group has reached an important agreement with its new partner in the Middle East and successfully signed a supply contract for two new 2-ply corrugated cardboard production lines. This cooperation further consolidated the strategic partnership between the two parties in the field of packaging equipment and demonstrated the professional advantages of Huatao Foreign Trade in customized technical solutions and international service capabilities.
The production line includes a fully hydraulic shaftless reel stand, a Cassette single facer, a heavy-duty conveyor bridge, a rewinder, a rotary stacker, etc. It uses high-quality servo motors and advanced German servo drivers. The transmission system uses an oil pump for automatic circulation lubrication. The precision-adjustable backlash-free gears ensure accurate cutting edges, good cutting quality, high straightness, and blade protection. The maximum stacking height of the paper delivery machine is 2000mm, the maximum stacking length is 1800mm, and the design speed is 100m/min. The cut cardboard is delivered in two directions through the board conveyor, which improves work efficiency and makes it easy to stack.
The new production line will adopt an efficient and energy-saving design to meet the core needs of the Middle East market for environmental protection and automated production, helping customers improve production capacity and product competitiveness. The Huatao team will ensure that the equipment is delivered on schedule and put into production efficiently with rigorous project management and full-cycle technical support.
