Product Description

The HUATAO 22 kW wall saw uses a high-frequency motor and gear-drive transmission to deliver power directly and consistently to the diamond blade. Compared with conventional belt-driven systems, the gear transmission minimizes torque loss and supports stable cutting under demanding loads.

The cutting head travels along a precision aluminum guide rail. Its guide rollers lock securely onto the track to reduce vibration and lateral movement, helping produce straight cutting lines and clean openings.

A portable wireless remote controller allows the operator to control blade operation, saw-arm feed, travel direction, and cutting speed from a safer position away from the blade plane and falling concrete. The cutting head uses continuous water cooling to control operating temperature, suppress dust, and help extend the service life of the motor, blade, and related components.

The modular cutting head, guide rails, mounting brackets, blade guard, and control box simplify transportation, installation, and relocation between jobsites. Optional accessories can further extend the system for flush cutting, rotating rail support, and specialized cutting applications.
