Refiner Plate
High Consistency Refiner Segments
High consistency refiner segments are designed for high-consistency refiners, these ultra-durable plates refine pulp fibers with precision through advanced tooth patterns, enhancing paper strength, uniformity, and pulp quality. Ideal for wood pulp, recycled paper pulp, bamboo pulp, and more, they act as the "heart" of pulp refining in papermaking.
Deflaker plate is instrumental in maintaining production efficiency. The precision engineering of these discs ensures consistent and uniform deflaking, leading to a more streamlined manufacturing process.
Disperser Plate is the core component of Disc heat disperser system in the paper industry. It is mainly used to treat sticky impurities and ink particles in waste paper pulp.
Double disc refiner disc is used to mechanically treat pulp fibers to enhance fibrillation and strength properties. Durable, wear-resistant materials ensure long life time, while customizable patterns optimize refining efficiency for various pulp grades in paper and board production.
The refining chamber consists of two fixed refiner discs fixed on the casing and moving base and two rotating refiner discs installed on the rotating disc, forming two grinding areas. By exchanging refiner discs with different tooth shapes, it can meet the beating requirements of various pulps.
