Product Description
The HTWSZ-26-2 combines a high-frequency drive, precision rail travel, a continuously rotating saw arm, and intelligent control in a modular wall-saw system. The cutting head travels on a high-strength industrial aluminum-alloy track. Standard track sections are available in 0.5, 1, 1.5, and 2 m lengths, with other individual lengths below 2 m available on request.
The main control cabinet incorporates a 7-inch color touchscreen. It displays main motor load, preset load threshold, travel and saw-arm motor speeds and currents, blade speed, accumulated operating hours, and energy consumption. A wireless remote controller with a 3-inch monochrome display provides remote control of blade rotation, travel, saw-arm movement, speed, load setting, and fault reset.
Both rail-guided travel cutting and rotary-arm feed can operate under automatic program control. When the main motor approaches the preset load threshold, the system automatically reduces travel or saw-arm feed speed to maintain stable cutting and reduce the risk of overload or blade jamming.
The cutting head and motor can be separated for transport. The head unit weighs approximately 26 kg and the motor approximately 12 kg, making each component easier to move through stairways, basements, and restricted jobsite access. The saw head has an integrated water channel and allows unrestricted 360-degree arm rotation. Separate water cooling for the gearbox and motor supports reliable operation under heavy loads.

Heavy-Duty Deep Cutting
The system supports blades up to 1,600 mm and provides a maximum cutting depth of 720 mm, making it suitable for thick reinforced concrete walls, bridge components, foundations, and other large structural sections.
Touchscreen and Wireless Dual Control
Operators can monitor and control the machine from the cabinet touchscreen or use the wireless remote from a safer working position. The two control modes simplify setup, testing, and onsite operation.
Automatic Load Regulation and Cruise Cutting
The controller adjusts travel or saw-arm feed according to the preset motor-load threshold. This helps the saw respond to changing concrete strength and reinforcement density while reducing blade jamming, excessive vibration, and inconsistent cutting speed.
Detachable Motor for Easier Handling
The 38 kg cutting assembly separates into an approximately 26 kg head unit and a 12 kg motor. This modular design reduces the weight of individual components during transport and installation.

The integrated-water-channel saw arm rotates continuously through 360 degrees. Full-edge alignment and flush-cutting capability improve access around walls, slabs, corners, and restricted working areas.

The touchscreen and remote display operating load, speeds, currents, signal status, and other important data. Motor overload, overtemperature, overvoltage, and undervoltage protection improve operational reliability.
