Description

SWC series cardan shaft (universal joint shaft) is widely used as a transmission component for paper-making machines. It transfers torque between two shafts with angular displacement, featuring compact structure, high transmission efficiency, strong load capacity and stable running performance. Adopted high-quality alloy steel, the universal coupling has good impact resistance and fatigue resistance, suitable for heavy-duty working condition of paper production line.

SWC type universal joint shaft (cardan shaft) is heavy-duty flange type universal coupling, specially customized for paper making machinery. It can transmit torque reliably when there exists axial, radial and angular offset between driving shaft and driven shaft.

Material: Main tube & flange forged alloy steel, universal joint cross with quenching & tempering heat treatment, bearing with high wear resistance.
Surface treatment: Orange anti-rust painting, corrosion protection for factory environment.
Advantage: Large transmission torque, small rotation inertia, convenient installation & maintenance, telescopic function optional, long service life under continuous operation of paper machine.
Application: Paper machine, pulp equipment, calender, winder, reeler, and other paper industry transmission systems.
