The HUATAO Pressure Roller is a precision-engineered component designed for corrugated cardboard single facer machines. It plays an essential role in bonding the liner paper to the fluted medium, ensuring consistent adhesion and stable single-face corrugated board production.
Manufactured from SC45 seamless steel tube, the pressure roller features a precision-machined body and a hard chrome-plated surface. The roller is designed to provide reliable mechanical strength, dimensional accuracy, wear resistance, and smooth operation under continuous production conditions.
Precision CNC machining, external cylindrical grinding, and dynamic balancing help maintain stable rotation and uniform pressure distribution across the working width.
