Three Key Rules for Safe Roller Maintenance
1. Protect the Roller Surface
Improper cleaning methods can damage the smooth surface of ceramic rollers, creating more areas for dust and particles to accumulate. Always use soft tools and suitable cleaning materials.
2. Avoid Thermal Damage
Never clean rollers while they are hot. Sudden temperature changes may create internal cracks and affect roller performance. Allow the furnace to cool completely before maintenance.
3. Use Proper Cleaning Methods
Avoid metal tools and aggressive chemicals. Use clean compressed air, industrial vacuum systems, distilled water, and neutral cleaning solutions to remove contamination safely.
