Usage Method

A drip pump can be used to directly add defoamer. It is recommended to add o.o8kg~0.5kg of defoamer per ton of pulp at the initial stage, while the final expected value is 0.05kg~0.3kg of defoamer per ton of pulp (air dried). To control the dosage, this product can be diluted. But the diluted defoamer had better be used up as soon as possible (within 12 hours usually). The drip point of the defoamer is based on specific production conditions, while the optimal drip point should always be improved towards the purpose of adding less defoamer.

Package & Storage

★ Defoaming agent is packaged in 50KG, 200KG plastic barrels or customized package.
★ Defoaming agent should be stored in unopened original containers at 0°c-40°c. Unopened product had better be used within 6 months and avoid extreme storage environments.
