Bow Roll, also known as Curved Roll or Spreader Roll, is an essential functional component widely installed in the paper machine’s wet end, dry end, calender section and rewinding section. This roll is specially engineered to eliminate paper wrinkles, loosen paper web tension, prevent edge curling and effectively spread the paper web evenly during high-speed operation. By correcting uneven tension and web deviation, our bow rolls ensure flat, stable and smooth paper running status, greatly improving finished paper flatness and reducing defective rate. They are suitable for various types of paper machines and can be perfectly matched with cultural paper, kraft paper, tissue paper, coated paper and board paper production lines.

Main Materials & Structure
The main roll body is made of high-precision seamless steel pipe with high strength and strong pressure resistance. The surface is coated with imported rubber or PU covering with uniform thickness and good adhesion. Both ends adopt high-precision anti-wear bearings and sealed dustproof structure to adapt to the high-humidity and dusty working environment of the papermaking workshop. The overall structure is firm, durable and not easy to deform.
