Description
Our segmented spreader roll (segmented bow roll) is a key web spreading component for paper machines. The segmented rubber-covered structure is specially designed to stretch and flatten paper web efficiently, eliminate wrinkles, release uneven tension and prevent web edge curling during operation.

- Effective Working Length: 1000mm – 12000mm
- Custom options: segmented rubber profile, arc radian, rubber hardness, and shaft end structure can be customized according to paper machine speed, web width and paper grammage.

Material & Construction
Roll shell: high-strength seamless steel tube; Surface: segmented black rubber covering; End cover: painted steel (blue as shown); Shaft head: forged steel. Every roll undergoes strict dynamic balance test, dimension inspection and surface quality check before delivery.
Application
Suitable for wet web transfer, dryer section, surface sizing, calendering and rewinding of various paper machines. Ideal for packaging paper, kraft liner board, corrugated paper, cultural paper, coated paper, and tissue paper production.
