  • Dry Strength Agent

The Dry Strength Agent is a copolymer of acrylamide and acrylic acid. It is with a zwitterion combination, which can enhance the hydrogen bonding force between fibers in an acidic and alkaline environment, and significantly improve the dry strength of paper (ring compression and break-resistant). At the same time, it also has the functions of assisting in filtering and improving the sizing rate.

    Product Features

    1. Increases resistance to tearing and breaking under tension.
    2. Enhances burst strength, making paper more durable.
    3. Strengthens fiber-to-fiber bonding within the paper structure.
    4. Reduces linting and dusting during printing and converting.
    5. Improves paper rigidity without making it brittle.

    Instruction For Use

Dry Strength Agent is diluted with water at a ratio of 1:20-40, and can be added in the gap between the pulp mixing box and the slurry tank, or can be continuously added in the high-level box with a metering pump. The dosage is 0.5-2.0% (generally 0.75-1.5%, puree, bone dry pulp), and the concentration is generally 0.5-1%.

    Packing & Delivery

50KG, 200KG, or 1000KG plastic barrels or transported by tanker.
