The HT-PL6-E (Hot Water Heating Type) Rapid-Köthen Automatic Sheet Forming Machine is an experimental device designed to manually form pulp sheets and quickly dry them using vacuum technology. The machine utilizes gravity filtration and vacuum filtration for sheet formation, and hot water heating for vacuum suction drying. In the laboratory, various fibers from plants, minerals, etc., undergo cooking, pulping, and screening. The pulp is then standardized, placed into the sheet forming cylinder, stirred, and rapidly filtered into shape. The machine then presses and vacuum dries the sheets, forming circular paper sheets with a diameter of 200 mm, which can be used for further physical testing.
This machine is a fully electrically controlled forming device that integrates vacuum filtration, pressing, and vacuum drying. It is suitable for forming and vacuum drying various ultra-fine fibers, nanofibers, and ultra-thick paper sheets.
Standards Compliance:
- Complies with QB/T1678-2017 GB/T 24326 for the preparation of laboratory sheets for physical testing of pulp using the Rapid-Köthen method.
- Complies with ISO 5269-2:2004 "Pulps Preparation of laboratory sheets for physical testing Part 2: Rapid-Köthen method."

Structural Overview:The HT-PL6-E paper sheet former consists of four parts:
1. Pulp Forming System: This part includes a compressed air interface, vacuum interface, and quick drainage valve.
2. White Water Circulation System: Comprising a small stainless steel self-priming jet pump and a stainless-steel water tank.
3. Vacuum System: Composed of a vacuum pump, backwater prevention system, air-water separation, vacuum pipeline, and valves.
4. Drying Section: Includes a vacuum drying chamber, hot water circulation system, and temperature control system.
