During the corrugating process, the glue application roller transfers a controlled layer of starch-based adhesive onto the flute tips of the corrugated medium before bonding with the linerboard.

The roller is manufactured from SC45 seamless steel tube and features a precision-machined surface with customized engraving patterns. Its engraved structure supports adhesive pickup, distribution, and transfer during high-speed corrugated board production.
