Recommended Cleaning Schedule
Daily inspections should include cleaning the loading area and external conveyor rollers to prevent dust and glass particles from entering the furnace. For standard production lines, a thorough internal roller cleaning every 30 days is recommended. High-end Low-E and photovoltaic glass manufacturers should increase inspection frequency and clean rollers immediately after glass breakage or when surface contamination is detected.
Essential Maintenance Guidelines
Always clean rollers after the furnace has completely cooled to room temperature. Use only distilled or deionized water with soft, lint-free cloths to avoid mineral deposits.
