The HUATAO Glue Metering Roller, also known as a Doctor Roller, is a precision component used in the adhesive application system of corrugated cardboard single facer machines.
Working together with the glue application roller, the metering roller controls the thickness of the adhesive film transferred onto the applicator surface. By maintaining a precise gap between the two rollers, the system helps regulate adhesive quantity and achieve consistent glue application on corrugated flute tips.
Manufactured from 45# solid round steel, the roller offers mechanical strength, structural stability, and resistance to deformation.
The roller features a precision-ground surface with hard chrome plating to enhance wear resistance and durability. Its smooth surface and accurate geometry support stable glue metering during continuous operation.
