Paper Industry
Fiber cement felts typically include one or more base fabric layers that are formed into endless belts. The base fabric layers can be "flat-woven" and permanently joined after weaving into an endless belt, or the fabric layers can be woven in endless form. The longitudinal ends of flat-woven fabrics are generally joined in order to form an endless belt.
The pulper adopts D type structure, which improves the work efficiency, and it can be used for pulping waste paper & wet strength paper. D Type Hydrapulper is mainly used to crush pulp board, wastepaper, deinking, and pulp purification.
The HTGZG Tube Bundle Dryer is a contact-type dryer featuring a stationary outer shell that houses a rotating bundle of heated tubes equipped with material lifters. Steam enters the tubes via a rotary joint, transfers heat, and exits as condensate. Moisture within the material absorbs heat from the tubes, vaporizes, and is subsequently expelled by an exhaust fan. Inside the tube bundle, the material is lifted by the rotating lifters, falls evenly onto the outer surfaces of the heated tubes, and is continuously advanced from the inlet to the outlet by the lifters to complete the drying process.
Antifoam is a specialized chemical additive used in pulp mills to control foam during kraft pulping, evaporation, and recovery processes. They combat foam caused by lignin, soaps, and alkali in high-temperature (100-130°C), high-pH (12-14) conditions.
Defoaming Agent is an efficient and well-dispersed antifoam composed of additives that specialize in pulping black liquor in the pulp and paper industry. It is featured with high temperature and strong alkali resistance, rapid defoaming, and long-lasting foam suppression. Besides, there is less floating oil during usage.
T series deinking enzyme is a compound enzyme preparation used in waste paper deinking, which can reduce the use of conventional deinking chemicals and improve the chemical-free deinking system composed of filter sieve, flotation and washing. Reduce fiber loss, maintain good fiber characteristics, reduce sewage COD and BOD indicators, effectively reduce the pressure of enterprise sewage treatment, reduce the production cost of enterprises.
S series glue enzyme is the use of biotechnology to directly process the raw starch to meet the requirements of paper surface glue, can replace the surface glue starch widely used in the paper industry.
N series adhesive control enzyme is suitable for paper mill with secondary fiber, which can efectively degrade the esters in adhesive, reduce the surface viscosity and adhesion of large adhesive particles; it can reduce the use of conventional adhesive control agent, improve the deposition of mesh blanket and reduce the bonding of paper machine, improve the production efficiency and reduce the production cost of enterprises.
D series pulping enzymes is a special compound enzyme preparation for pulp, which is used for pre-grinding pretreatment to reduce the grinding time, reduce the energy consumption, modify the fiber under appropriate conditions, improve the grinding performance to grind the pulp, make it fully absorb water and swell improve the fiber binding force, and improve the paper strength.
Enzymes are sustainable biocatalysts used to optimize pulp and paper processes. Xylanases reduce refining energy and aid bio-bleaching, while cellulases improve fiber modification. Lipases/amylases enhance deinking in recycled paper, and pectinases assist in non-wood pulping.
