Description

GXH-1 pneumatic cylinder web guide corrector with manual handwheel is an automatic fabric deviation correction device specially designed for paper machines. It is used to rectify offset of forming wire, press felt and dryer fabric in papermaking lines. This GXH-1 model adopts a combined structure of pneumatic automatic correction and manual handwheel fine-tuning. The handwheel allows convenient on-site manual calibration and roller position adjustment during installation or maintenance. When the fabric drifts sideways, the detection unit triggers the pneumatic cylinder. The cylinder drives the swing bracket to adjust the guide roller angle, bringing wire or felt back to its normal running track. It effectively prevents fabric edge tearing, web wandering and paper break, minimizes downtime and improves paper quality.

Working Principle

The sensing assembly tracks the edge position of paper machine fabric. Once deviation occurs, the pneumatic cylinder actuates to swing the guide roller support frame and adjust roller angle for automatic correction. The handwheel can manually adjust swing position for equipment commissioning and troubleshooting.
