Pulp Bleaching Agent
Pulp bleaching agents advanted and excellent pulp and paper bleaching agent, excellent heat stability, nonpoison, tasteless, easy operation, efficience, transportation and storage convenient etc. Widely used in in dyeing, paper making and other industries as kinds of reduction agent, bleach, decolorizer, plastic stabilizer, antioxygen of organic synthesis and sensitiet of sensitiet. Because of the high reducibility and excellent stability, it is quite suitable for high temperature continual bleaching.FAS also stable in air and can be used under the normal equipments and good for environment, without increasing the water pollution load, conforms to the requirement of environmental protection.

1. FAS powder should be dissolved in solution and filled into pulp under alkaline conditions.
2. Temperature 60℃ min, pH10～11, the optimal dosage rate for FAS to caustic should be 2:1, retention time 30～50 minutes, bleaching equipment should be sealed.The optimal FAS dosage depends on nature of pulp, generally it is between 3~6 kg based on per ton of absolute dry pulp (0.3%~0.6%).
3. TMP:Generally single stage bleaching is employed，brightness gain exceeds 6%。
4. DIP:Generally employs two stages bleaching, (H2O2～FAS or FAS～H2O2). Mostly employs H2O2～FAS, brightness improved by 6% min. followed by peroxide bleaching.Packing Details
