Wet Strength Agent

Paper Wet Strength Agent is a water-soluble cationic thermosetting resin, non-formaldehyde polymer, non-toxic and tasteless. This product is suitable for papermaking under neutral or slightly alkaline conditions and is also suitable for acid papermaking. Its application wet strength effect is better than urea formaldehyde resin and melamine formaldehyde resin.

Widely used in the manufacture of dry or wiping paper (napkin, wet tissue, facial tissue, mirror paper, cosmetic paper); outdoor paper (kraft paper, packing box paper, poster paper, engineering paper, map paper, paper bag paper, seedling raising paper, fruit growing paper); packaging materials (paper cup paper, meat, fruit packaging paper, tea bag paper); wet material paper (pressure-sensitive copy paper, photographic base paper, hospital disposable paper, diaper, diaper pad) and other special paper (cigarette paper, banknote paper, invoice paper, archive paper).

Product Features

Instruction For Use

Paper Wet Strength Agent can be added intermittently in the pulp mixing box, or continuously in the high-level box. The dosage is generally 5kg-35kg per ton of paper (stock solution), and the concentration is generally 1-5% (depending on the speed of the paper locomotive). This product is not compatible with commonly used anionic chemical additives, but it should not be too close to the adding position of the slurry system.
