Recently, Huatao Company organized employees to go to the scenic Huangjinzhai Scenic Area for a unique team-building activity. The theme of this team-building activity is "Consolidating team strength and promoting corporate development". Through colorful outdoor activities, it not only enhances team collaboration ability but also promotes the integration of new and old employees. We started today's mountain climbing activity among the green mountains and clear waters of Huangjinzhai. Even though taking the cable car helps shorten the distance to the top of the mountain, the high temperature of more than 30 degrees still made everyone sweat profusely, and their physical strength gradually became a problem. Although the road to the top was difficult, everyone encouraged each other and moved forward hand in hand. The new employees showed their youthful vitality and infected the entire team with a positive and optimistic attitude, and the old employees also showed their active leadership style. During the mountain climbing process, the team members divided the work and cooperated to overcome the steep mountain road and finally successfully reached the top.

That night, the company held a lively barbecue party. Employees grilled food, shared interesting stories, and brought each other closer in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. Karaoke equipment and a 100-inch TV also allowed employees to show off their singing skills, adding a unique atmosphere to the barbecue party. The self-introduction activities interspersed in the middle helped employees eliminate the unfamiliarity between each other, and also helped new employees eliminate the cramped and uneasy feelings of entering the workplace.
