Congratulations！ Huatao Group reached a flute roller return order agreement with a strategic customer in the UAE, marking a new stage in the cooperation between the two parties. This order covers upgraded high-wear-resistant corrugated rollers, which use a tungsten carbide coating process to significantly increase the service life of the roller in high-temperature environments.
As a well-known local carton manufacturer, the UAE customer has fully affirmed the durability, production efficiency, and after-sales support of the equipment since it first purchased Huatao's high-precision corrugated rollers in 2021. The returned products will use upgraded heat treatment technology and wear-resistant coating technology to significantly improve the stability of corrugated rollers in high-temperature and high-humidity environments, meeting customers' stringent demands for high-end packaging materials.
Huatao's technical team deeply analyzed the characteristics of the customer's production line and local industry standards, and optimized the flute roller structure and tooth design in response to the Middle East's carton industry's preference for high-strength, low-energy consumption equipment, helping customers reduce maintenance costs and extend the life cycle of equipment.
