After a month of hard work, the corrugated production line upgrade and transformation project in Fiji undertaken by Huatao Group was successfully completed. The upgrade involved the updating and optimization of a number of key equipment, including the replacement of paper reel stand, preheating cylinders, corrugating rollers on single-face machines, and the installation of new spray humidifiers. Through comprehensive technical improvements, the transportation speed of the production line has been greatly increased from the original 60 m/min to 100 m/min, significantly improving production efficiency and bringing higher production capacity and economic benefits to customers.
Key upgrade content
- Shaftless paper reel stand replacement
The new Shaftless paper reel stand adopts high-strength materials and optimized design to ensure that the base paper is more stable during high-speed operation, reduce the risk of paper breaking, and lay the foundation for speeding up production. Easy operation system also helped - customer to improve the efficiency of paper reel change.
- Preheating cylinder upgrade
Replace the aging preheating cylinder, optimize the heat conduction efficiency, so that the base paper reaches a better temperature and humidity before entering the corrugated forming, and improve the forming quality of the corrugated board.
- Replacement of corrugated rollers on single-face machines
The use of high-precision wear-resistant corrugated rollers significantly improves the corrugated forming effect, reduces cardboard deformation, reduces energy consumption, and extends the service life of the equipment.
- New spray humidification system
The advanced spray humidification device is installed to accurately control the humidity of the paper, improve the flatness of the cardboard, reduce burst line and warping problems, and ensure stable product quality under high-speed operation.
The upgrade effect is significant and the production capacity is greatly improved. Through the above transformation, the operating speed of the production line has been successfully increased from 60 to 100 m/min, and the production efficiency has been increased by nearly 67%, which not only meets the growing market demand of customers, but also reduces the unit production cost and enhances market competitiveness.
